THE AGENCY
The agency is not responsible for the state of health or the consequences that the passenger may present.
If the participant suffers from a chronic illness, they must communicate in advance, in order to guide them in writing, about geographical aspects of the travel area. And if departure is possible, it is the passenger’s responsibility to bring the medications prescribed by a specialist doctor.
The agency offers a first aid kit, the kit does not have specific medications that are in a medical prescription, to cover chronic or stationary illnesses.
The right is reserved to modify and vary the order of the excursions, due to weather conditions, or for any other relevant reason. As well as the time of arrival or departure, or for the safety of its passengers, the same ones that will guarantee the best development of the trip in coordination with themselves.
If there is a moderate and/or serious accident, there is the possibility of canceling the trip, carrying out the corresponding rescheduling until possible reimbursement – ​​subject to evaluation by the Agency.

RESTRICTIONS
If at the time of purchase, you notice that your data is incorrect, you have a period of 24 hours to notify it, otherwise it is assumed that everything is in accordance. And there is no room for complaint.
You can postpone your departure date up to 72 hours in advance, which does not apply penalties.
If you wish to postpone your departure less than 72 hours before your trip, you will be subject to a penalty of 30% of the value of the Tour. (Full Day).
If the passenger does not show up at the time of pick-up, it will be considered a NO SHOW.
Rate does not include VAT, only in the case of requesting an invoice, add 18%.
Lunch time is subject to the activities that take place during the trip. The guides only recommend restaurants, the choice is the passenger’s responsibility.
